Higher Level Apprenticeships

*Please note that applications for the year 2024/2025 have now closed.

Want to earn while you learn?

We are thrilled to offer Higher Level Apprenticeships (HLAs) in collaboration with local NI colleges for individuals pursuing a HLA in a computing-related subject. This programme provides a comprehensive education that blends theoretical study with practical, hands-on job experience in the IT field.

A HLA is a work-based programme that enables students to earn while they learn, culminating in a recognised qualification.

For the duration of the course, the appointee will be required to work four days a week and attend college one day a week, resulting in the completion of a Foundation Degree in Computing that is validated by Ulster University.

For more info on becoming a Higher Level Apprentice and the entry requirements for your desired college, please follow the links below:

Whilst the candidate will be required to apply for the apprenticeship directly through their college, you can kickstart the process by sending your CV to jobs@nitec.com with ‘HLA’ in the subject line.
